Top 10 Foods High in Iron or Zinc
I have had cracked corner of the mouth, on and off, for few months now.
The dermatologist I have seen had prescribed me few different ointsments to try. The ointments have steroid and would work for few days and then the symptoms would return. And then I came across a video of a dermatologist online that the cause could be iron deficiency. Also, I have inflammation on the tip of my nose, which has been red and a bit sore for a while too. This might be zinc deficiency from what I have researched.
So below are the list of foods that are high in either iron or zinc (or both), that I will try eating to see if they help recover my skin. I do have multivitamin that meets 100% of the daily requirement of iron and zinc, but perhaps they are not absorbed as well as from eating food rich in the minerals.
